Job description

Independently identify, qualify, contact, and close new solutions for Home Builder Marketing Departments. Actively uphold a superior level of customer service with existing customers.

  • Selling solution-based products and services using marketing, networking, cold calling, referral, and other similar inside sales techniques.
  • Regularly meet with clients and prospects to close deals/proposals and generate new sales.
  • Actively seek, suggest, and introduce new products and services to existing and potential customers by identifying needs currently underserved by OnSight or competitors.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals as outlined in your individualized Performance Monitor.
  • Accurately input new contacts, prospects, business development, and customer orders into the Styeline computer system for tracking.
  • Schedule appropriate follow-up.
  • Utilize resources to create competitive quotes for new projects considering accurate cost and timeline concerns.
  • Maintain an expanding knowledge of our core signage product along with its application for sales purposes.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Home Builder Marketing
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service/Account management
  • CRM systems (Preferably Styeline/Infor)
  • B2B Sales
  • Marketing experience
  • Previous sales experience
  • Team Player mentality
  • Professional, ethical, and courteous attitude

Pay:

  • $45,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
