Job description
Independently identify, qualify, contact, and close new solutions for Home Builder Marketing Departments. Actively uphold a superior level of customer service with existing customers.
- Selling solution-based products and services using marketing, networking, cold calling, referral, and other similar inside sales techniques.
- Regularly meet with clients and prospects to close deals/proposals and generate new sales.
- Actively seek, suggest, and introduce new products and services to existing and potential customers by identifying needs currently underserved by OnSight or competitors.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals as outlined in your individualized Performance Monitor.
- Accurately input new contacts, prospects, business development, and customer orders into the Styeline computer system for tracking.
- Schedule appropriate follow-up.
- Utilize resources to create competitive quotes for new projects considering accurate cost and timeline concerns.
- Maintain an expanding knowledge of our core signage product along with its application for sales purposes.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Home Builder Marketing
- Attention to detail
- Customer service/Account management
- CRM systems (Preferably Styeline/Infor)
- B2B Sales
- Marketing experience
- Previous sales experience
- Team Player mentality
- Professional, ethical, and courteous attitude
Pay:
- $45,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
