Warehouse Stager- Nashville, TN

We seek a new full-time Warehouse Stager to join the OnSight Family for our Nashville facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support warehouse operations by staging, assembling, organizing, and preparing signage products for shipment and delivery. Maintain efficient workflow, inventory control, and facility organization while upholding company safety and quality standards.

• Assist in managing workflow and productivity within the Shipping & Receiving Department.
• Stage, assemble, and package products for shipment or installation.
• Assist with the assembly of signs, banners, and other similar graphics.
• Organize, track, and maintain client inventory accurately.
• Pick up and deliver products as needed.
• Clean, stage, and maintain company vehicles.
• Maintain lot organization and cleanliness to maximize efficiency and storage space.
• Maintain warehouse interior cleanliness and organization.
• Report to the Warehouse Manager regarding workflow status, inventory levels, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Support team members with special projects and operational needs as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Light assembly experience required.
• Rough carpentry experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
•  Basic hand tools (impact drill, tape measure, level, etc.).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• This is a physically active position requiring prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and manual dexterity.
• Ability to safely lift and maneuver materials weighing 50+ pounds.
• Ability to load/unload materials and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
