Now Hiring: Full-Time Concrete Finisher / Sign Installer

Key Responsibilities

• Install signs in and around newly built communities
• Pour, form, and finish concrete pads for hardscape installations
• Perform general rough and finish carpentry tasks to ensure high-quality installations
• Follow instructions, adhere to procedures, and complete assignments within deadlines
• Work outdoors in varying conditions

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being outdoors.

Key Skill:

• Forming footers and tying rebar
• Weighing/mixing concrete materials (gravel, sand, cement, water)
• Sampling and testing the concrete mix
• Preparing boxing (formwork) and laying reinforcement
• Pouring, spreading, compacting, and smoothing concrete (by hand or machine)

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in concrete forming and finishing
• Knowledge of rough and finish carpentry
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and blueprints
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Basic hand tools (e.g., impact drill, tape measure, levels)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Prior construction experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour
