Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized CBU Coordinator to join the OnSight family. The ideal candidate will have verifiable experience with USPS address coordination and will be responsible for managing the coordination of address assignments for mailbox installations in new developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with USPS for address assignments related to new community mailbox (CBU) installations
• Manage and track the progress of address projects to ensure timely completion
• Collaborate with team members and external contacts to gather and update information
• Assist with mailbox pad placement planning and coordination
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience as a USPS employee with working knowledge of address coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Minimum of 1 year of Microsoft Office experience (required)
• 2+ years of USPS address coordination experience (preferred)
• Customer service experience (preferred)

Job Type: Full-Time | In-person
Pay Range: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday
