Job Description

Using a map, place signs in predetermined spots to help drive traffic to new home communities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to read a map and place signs at predetermined locations on the map.
• Use good judgment for sign placement and follow handbook guidelines.
• Aptitude at using a hammer to assemble 24 X 48 corrugated signs to a wooden pole.
• Use a rubber mallet to hammer signs in the ground.
• Use good judgment and always follow safe practices.
• Must have the ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Must own a truck to transport signs.
