Graphic Designer
Job description
Complete all artwork requests accurately, efficiently, and timely as an individual or as a team effort.
- Employ design skills to initiate, revise, and/or finalize artwork – generally within 24 hours from the initial request.
- Develop rapport with the Sales team to enhance maximum sales effort and efficiency.
- Utilize time management skills to effectively negotiate workflow, client communications, and Graphic Design tasks.
- Consult with the Art Director on all conceptual drawings/proofs.
- Submit properly formatted graphics to production.
- Comply with recommended file-saving and archiving methodology for optimal file organization and easy access to client artwork.
- Submit new job proposals requested by customers and convert them to actual sales.
- Consult with assigned sales professionals and management on all price quotations.
- Become proficient in the usage of proprietary operating system.
- Maintain accurate billable time records.
- Maintain knowledge of core signage product along with appropriate application(s).
- Work with clients through verbal, written, and face-to-face communications to meet needs.
- Develop ideas for new products and services.
- Follow up on sales orders from the concept to completion.
- Perform daily duties in office-based location or, when necessary, from remote location.
Education and/or Work Experience
- A.A. in Graphic Design, Media Arts, Marketing or equivalent creative focus.
- Degree may be substituted with 1-3 years’ professional Graphic Design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, specifically Illustrator, in a Windows PC environment.
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Expected hours: 40 per week
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Graphic design: 2 years (Preferred)
- Adobe Illustrator: 2 years (Preferred)
